St. Louis GS Shop & Hannibal GS Shop retail sales refund, returns and exchange policy
A receipt dated within 90 days is required on all returns for refund. Returns without a receipt will be issued a store credit valid for one year from issue date.
All merchandise must be unused, clean and resalable.
Refunds, store credits and exchanges will not be given on discontinued merchandise.
St. Louis GS Shop refunds exceeding $15 will be made by check. All refunds at the Hannibal GS Shop will be in the form of a check. Allow 10 business days for processing.
Refunds credited to your credit/debit account may take up to 10 days for bank processing.
All exchange or return merchandise must have original tags attached and be in original packaging.
All returns are subject to approval by the retail sales and service manager.
